How To upgrade Ubuntu beta 8.04

Hi, I am looking for information or help on How To upgrade Ubuntu beta 8.04 to 8.04 LTS??

I have and it will not let me upgrade fro the beta to the released 8.04?
Any suggestions??

Exit update manager open a terminal:

Insert:
sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude dist-upgrade

If that completes without error you will be at up to date 8.04 LTS

Check your repositories. If you are comfortable with text files, they are in /etc/apt/sources.list. If you run grep hardy /etc/apt/sources.list you should get something like:
