Upgrade from no raid to raid 1?

Is there a way i can make a disk part of a raid, without losing the data on it?

I have a 160 with all my o/s stuff on it, and a separate 250 for data.

Now i still have the 160 o/s and 250 data, and a new empty 250.

How do i clone the data partition over to the new disk and setup the two 250's to work as a raid 1. ?

and now have 2 identical disks... now i only have 2 gooogle how to raid them.. guess i'm going 4 software raid . . . ?
