I tried Tomboy note taking application and it does not look bad. But I have a question.

Is there a way to synchronize/backup my notes across more computers? I see there are some options to do this but how to use them?

What is WebDAV and is there any free service providing something like that?

Thanks

hi, sorry to necropost, but i was also wondering if there are good free webdav host around to sync with my tomboy notes, unfortunately there isn't.

the closest to fine is http://freezope.org , its only 5 mb and takes days to be approved.

but what i just did to sync my notes is use gmail with gmailfs. :)

You can use Dropbox to sync your Tomboy notes across several computers.
