i have Ubuntu 7.10 cd image,now i want to change it interfaces like login,splash,boot screen like wise,not changing it kernel and also i want to add movieplayer plugging how can i do it using software approach and manual approach,i want to immediate reply.

Well you are quite demanding. Dont be. It makes people mad. But you get one anyways...

Go to add/remove and search for Ubuntu restricted drivers- that will give you support for any media.

You will want to go to Gnome Look for all of your customizing options.

To apply Gtk 2 themes, you go to Preferences-> Appearance to install those.

No, not that place i want to cange,i want to cange it interfaces images in my cd image 7.10,then when i write cd those thing shoud be in that cd.
