Not able to install network adapter driver for winXP

I installed WindowsXP on top to Windows ME and found my network adapter (Realtek Rtl-8139d PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter) was not working with XP.. I tried to fix an update from the internet but NO! it didn't work... then i uninstalled Windows XP and it started running fine on Windows ME.

HOw can i fix this? can someone give me the proper location to find this update sofware for Realtek Rtl-8139d PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter???

The "update" you want is at http://www.ubuntu.com/. Just burn it to a CD and install ;)
