Where is it located?

I can't seem to find it for the life of me, and I have tried everything I can think of - It just seems to not be there.

All the tutorials, how-to's etc refer to it being in Applications > System, but it just simply isn't there.

it is located in applications (i.e. the menu) -> settings -> settings manager

if you still cannot find it enter this command either after pressing alt+f2 or in a shell:

xfce-setting-show
