Stupid mistake

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
I installed a new theme which included a firefox theme to. Now it has turned my menu buttons a really really light grey so I cant see them.
Try install a new theme but no luck. Any instructions on how to install of fix this?
I running Hardy!

You could try customizing the colors in the theme (appearance prefs>theme>customize>colors), installing a new firefox theme (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:2) or going back to a default theme.

Tried all with no luck and it has overridden the firefox default theme. Any change anyone could package this up for me and send over?
