How do i change bootup options???

i recently installed Hardy and now when i have to select either ubuntu or my windows partition i have a server option. All i want is the generic option so i was wondering how i can change what shows up on that screen. Ideally i just want the generic, memtest, and my windows option like it was with Gutsy. hope someone can help :)

I think i found my answer: just want to verify that i can use SUM (startupmanager) to get rid of the server option. I will give it a try when i get home but one thing i am wondering is when it gives me the option for the # of boot options how will i tell it to remove the right one?
