No trash on Hardy Heron(8.04)

Hello.
I upgraded my ubuntu yesterday and today i have noticed that the trash in missing. If I add trash to panel it doesn't do anything. I had problems with trash before on 7.10. There were thing in trash that I couldn't erase it easy. I had to do it in terminal. Things were about nvidia and something else I can't remember.
Can you help me with this problem.

Thant you. This is better. I wanted to have trash on panel but this is much better
