Floating Bar

First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong section, and second, i have had a look around and couldn't see any other threads like this... anyway
I was getting themes for my Ubuntu 7.04 and i saw that some of them had floating taskbars, and i installed them and it didnt work, so how do i get my taskbar to float like theirs?

what type of floating bar? If you can post an image it'd be helpful in finding out which of the many bars there are out there you want.
