Hello, I've asked this before, but I don't know how to get my wifi to work, I would go to my old post but I get an error when I try to bring it up. I am using Hardy Heron. Here's my adapter "Broadcom Corporation BCM94311MCG wlan mini-PCI (rev 01)". Sorry if this has been answered.

Me to I have a Linksys WPC300N card. Unsure what to do since I'm new to Linux. THe card does not power up. Thanks
I tried the troubleshoot guide and can't find the card on devices. However I don't know if I'm looking in the proper place

yeah, I don't know if it is even on or if it works, because in Gutsy Gibbon my wifi light would light up but it wouldn't work. In Hardy Heron the light on the button won't light up.

I found a driver on ndiswrapper sourceforge.net
Do I download it (broadcom BCM 40100) and then boot back into 8.04 (only have a vista connection)
How would I migrate the info from windows to 8.04?
