View Full Version : [ubuntu] SHIFT-ALT intermittent in Ubuntu Gutsy

Running Gutsy on an Acer Travelmate 5520 with AMD Turion processor, using Gnome.

The key combination SHIFT-ALT-TAB or SHIFT-ALT-CTRL + left/right arrow is unreliable, works maybe 1 in 4 presses. Have tried using xev to log keypresses and this confirms that only a portion of the keypresses are registered. If either of the keys are pressed on their own they behave as usual.

This affects the Compiz plugin rotate cube with window, and when switching apps in reverse order using ALT-TAB.

Thanks.
