I was just introduced to this fun little game. Check it out, and see if you can figure it out.

I can only tell you 3 things:
1) The name, which IS significant, is once again, Petals Around the Rose.
2) The answer is always an even number, or zero.
3) I can tell you what the answer for each throw is, if you don't get it. (This isn't neccesary, the flash game will give it to you, but it's one of the official rules.)

When you get it, you may play this with others, using the above rules.

Anyway, heres the game:

DO NOT SHARE THE ANSWER! Let others find out the hard way :P

Oh God the memories.

When I was 13 Years old, a couple of friends showed me this trick. Unfortunately I never got it and the friends never did explain the solution. I turn 40 in January and here it is again... to haunt me.

It says in the "Backround" section that:

"It had taken Dr. Duke well over a year himself, and he would always explain that the smarter you were, the longer it took to figure it out."

So, I MUST be damn stupid for solving it in 5 minutes, no?

Good one, but rather easy, at least for me.

Why not make this a "Riddle" thread? Here, I'll start with one:

"What is the beginning of eternity, the end of time and space, the beginning of the end, and the end of every place?"

Whoever knows the answer, please DO NOT post it here.Let them burn in their thoughts for a while, no?

I found this game on another forum like 6 months ago and didn't get it until someone posted what the petals were. Now it's easy.

Well, at least you're really saving people, and not just some geeks that "need to check their e-mail, dude" ;)

Well, where are your riddles? I posted mine, but Lord Illidar found it (He probably knew it from before).

Well?

I didn't solve it first, and I didn't have really time anyway, but after some sleep
i tried a theory, and it worked. ^^ Now I need to find a set of dice so I can
terrorize my parents
