This has been a problem for a good long while.
When I try to install Ubuntu with Vista already installed neither the Migration assistance or Partitioner tool on the live CD will pick up my Vista Home premium or even my Partition
Please Help I don't wanna lose Vista but I want Ubuntu soooooo BAD

Don't worry. All is well. Get a gfood CD of Hardy. First allocate space for Ubuntu with the Vista partitioner. Then boot your CD, start the installation, gfo Manual and in the 'free space' make 3 'New' partitions:
10 GB for '/'
1 GB for /swap (/swap=RAM in laptops)
The rest for /home
Then press 'Forward'. The installer will do the rest for you. We can fix menu.lst later if necessary.
