I prefer Thunderbird over Evolution, so I apt-get remove'd Evolution.
How can I take it off of the Applications->Office menu?

Hi mate,
just go to SYSTEM > PREFERENCES > MAIN MENU and untick the box next to Evolution in the Internet folder.

That doesn't help me! :( I don't have 'Main Menu' in my System > Prefs menu. Also, I can't add/change items in my main menu. Those options are just not there. I'm using UbuntuStudio 8.04. Here's a screenshot - help? It feels like there's a package missing somewhere, but I wouldn't have the foggiest idea what it would be.
