OK, the idea of this thread is to share cool apps that can work with hardy. List some not-commonly known apps for customization,graphic design, visual effects, file managers, NPBC apps (No Purpose, But Cool), and any other apps.

RULES:

The package does not have to be in the repos, if it isnt please post the wget url

Filelight
lets you view folders file space in an innovative way

Gnome-color-chooser
Lets you pick your GNOME desktop/panel colors (really great for changing panel text :D

Gnome Do
- Quicksilver'ish application for gnome. Press windows key + space to launch.

If you use gnome-color-chooser to change panel foreground, remove the line referring to mail from your .gtkrc-gnome-color-chooser (or whatever it's called) because it makes Evolution's mail preferences use the wrong text color.

Call me slow, but I only just discovered Mozilla Sunbird. What a perfect little program. Now I don't need to use evolution just for the calendar.
