Installed Hardy... wont load login screen.

I installed hardy by upgrading from 7.10 and now it boots... but when it goes to the login screen... it simply trys to load it indefinately. it just sits there with the little circle loading mouse cursor and does nothing....


help? maybe?

I've got the same problem...

I tried doing xfix just for shits and giggles, no help. I've been looking around on forums and haven't spotted anything that looked like it might work yet.
