Best way to share files between Ubuntu and PCBSD on one HD?

I want to run both PCBSD and Ubuntu on my laptop, but I was wondering what the best method would be to partition the drive. I have already installed PCBSD on the last 10 gigs of a 80GB HD. Ideally I want to be able to play my music from the HD with both of these OSs. Any suggestions?
