Getting error every time

I'm installing v8.04 and I get this error "The ext3 file system creation in partition #6 of SCSI1 (0,0,0) (sda) failed".

Specs:
3200+ Athion 64 bit processor
1 GB RAM in total
1600 MHz System Bus
Intergrated SIS Marage2 Graphics with 128MB shared video memory

Ideas why?

Never seen that option.

What step is that in?

When you were asked in which drive Ubuntu would be installed did you manually chose the drive or did you proceed with the suggested option?

Ah I had to reboot and install from there.:)
