I have a late model Powermac G5 and was wondering if its possible to upgrade the video to something more recent like maybe an 8800GT.
Is there any way to get this card, or something similarly fast, to work on a G5? I want to upgrade the video card on this. Right now i'm using 8.04 but i know that this is more of a firmware issue that anything to do with drivers.
Is there any site that has the roms to flash newer cards to work on a G5 by any chance?
If all else fails what is the fastest card available that will work on this computer.
