b43 vs bcm43xx

Hi Guys

I have been using Hardy BETA. Just wanted to ask if b43 has been fixed. Or we should still stick with bcm43xx ?

I've been using b43 since the kernel was updated to 2.6.24-16 from 2.6.24-12 and it has worked just fine, but I never used bcm43xx.

Agreed. b43 was a little flaky at first (could only get 11Mbs), but ever since alpha 5 it's been flawless. Now if only I could say the same about network manager ;)

hmmm.. well.. i did use b43 at BETA stage.. but i could only connect at 1mbps.. and even the range suffered..

should i give b43 another try or still stick with bcm43xx??

this was how i used bcm43xx.. it gave me better performance than b43 atleast!
