OK I was going to start installing maplestory and the guide i was using said i had to use the code: glxinfo | grep direct

I typed it in and it said rendering:no (If you want to know why try setting LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose)

I dont know what it means so could someone help me

HI and what is the model of the graphics card and have you install the drivers?

same problem here,
I'm using ATI TEchnologies Inc Radeon Mobility M7 LW [Radeon Mobility 7500]

HI and I do not have that model of ATI card and please correct me if I am wrong. I was understanding that support for that card was dropped and the driver in Gusty was sufficient. As for Hardy I do not know. :(

Actually, I solved the problem!!!
I thought it would be for the best if I published the solution in new post:
