Hello,
I have a 2GB amd64 computer, and I have been having problems playing MP3 and m4a files with programs that use Gstreamer(mainly Rythymbox). Most of my searches suggest installing the "ugly" gstreamer codecs, but that has not helped me. Others have suggested the .08 ugly codecs, but apt-get can't find them, and no other repositories have been suggested.
Other players such as VLC and XMMS play these files correctly.
Any suggestions as to what else I can do? Any way to change the codec these programs use?
