Upgrade from 8.04 Beta to 8.04 LTS

I have been using the 8.04 Beta for a while. Since 8.04 LTS is released I want to upgrade to that. But I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me?

If you have been keeping updated, you are already using the final release. I would just update again to see if you missed anything, but there should be no huge files to go through.
