I just installed Ubuntu 8.04 today and noticed that "Broadcom Wireless" is not listed under "Hardware Drivers".I am unable to get it to work. In 7.10(linux mint) I was able to get it to work by enabling it in"Hardware Drivers". Also, this guide says it is listed in the 8.04 beta http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=4631641.

So why isn't it listed in the final release?

i tried this, and something kinda appeared for a second near my internet connection thing, then was gone.

my hardware drivers app is blank, and has been blank since i installed it. Is it supposed to be?

(Wireless doesn't work, broadcom 94311 etc)
