Just started my install of kubuntu 8.04LTS. When selecting my timezone, I now see that the Scottish capital is now included on the city map points. Hover over it the the tooltip says 'Edinburgh'. Click on it and 'London' is selected.
An Englishman with a sense of humour perhaps?

It's probably because London is regarded as the "major" city in the time zone, so it would say London in the bar.

The Isle of Man has it's own timezone, which is nearer London than the Scottish capital...
