kde3 to kde4

i am downloading 8.04 Kubuntu with KDE 3 on it, but I was wondering when install it, can I then use the terminal to upgrade to kde4? If so, how can I?

sudo apt-get install kubuntu-kde4-desktop

The way that it is set up, you should be able to go back and forth between the two just like how you can do it with Gnome and KDE. At least that is how mine is working. All you have to do is select your desktop type when you log in.
