Currently around 230 KB/s download with a set 10 KB/s upload.
After I finish downloading, I'll set the upload speed to max.

comcast hates any long term uploads. I can burt to like 200 kb/s sending fiels over IM sometimes but it goes down quickly. I can easily download like 1.5 mb/s but comcast is not very torrent friendly, best it seems to manage is around 50 kb/s.

I need wider tubes. My max upload ever was only about 20KiB, with my max download ever being 40KiB.

Sometimes its not about upload rate, but about latency. :)
I'll set it to download/share it tonight to share it overnight and into the morrow, probably at around 20 kb/s UL and 50 kb/s DL. We only have 40 kb/s max upload and I don't want to disable other people here from using the internet.
