I am looking for the new screen resolution program with xorg 7.3 that allows you to dynamically change resolution, rotation, etc.

What is the command line name, and what is the graphical way to access it?

I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Hi and welcome, are you speaking of screens and graphics? It is located under applications, other. You may need to edit your menus to access it.
