I used Ubuntu for months but now,with the new version of Ubuntu,
i want to use KDE.

Kde 4 screenshots has charmed me but,officially,there s no KDE 4 support with Hardy.

Should i install KDE 3 and then update it to KDE 4 or;
should i use KDE 4 Remix for now?

There are KDE4 packages in Hardy, and you can download KDE3 and KDE4 versions of Kubuntu, although the KDE4 one has no commercial support (so you can't buy support from Canonical, but that's all). Upgrading won't left you wihout KDE4

I tried both and I'd go with KDE3. KDE4 is promising but it's not all there yet.

The main issue is the lack of integration on the part of the kubuntu team for kde4. kde4 has its own quarantined folders on the system and therefore isnt extremely integrated. That, and KDE 4.0.5 isn't nearly as usable as 4.1.0 will be. Intrepid they will integrate and replace KDE3 with KDE4, but to be honest, OpenSuse is a KDE 4.0 desktop, Kubuntu is a KDE 3.5 one.
