Hey guys,
My computer works, or else I couldn't post this question.. ;-P However, for the darndest reason, I can't get 3D support to work! I've tried envy, I tried ubuntu's restricted driver manager, and I've tried installing Nvidia's own binary driver.. No matter what I do, I keep getting that nice little grey box explaining to me that I'm gonna have to config my card and display manually and I'm gonna be stuck with 800x600 graphics.. I should mention that I previously had version 7.04 up and running 1st and that I had my card running just fine, I even had eve and wow running.. Now I can use my computer under 7.10 but no 3D, what's the use of having a 3d card if you can't use it? Also, does Ubuntu have something against this particular model of 3d card? I've noticed after doing much googling that alot of people are having this problem as well.. Also, my card isn't even listed in thier driver list in that nice little grey box, in fact it lists every other nvidia card chipset but the geforce 5 series! Help! Here's my xorg file..
