It's because when traffic gets heavy, one of the moderators jumps on a stationery bike and starts pedaling, and that's hooked up to the Internets, and that keeps our system going even when the bigger sites fail. Cool, huh?

We were promised one of those with vb3.7, but I don't recall seeing it anywhere around here.

To give you a decent answer.

- Lots of people going to ubuntuforums.org and posting and reading text.
- Lots of people going to ubuntu.com and donloading ~700mb iso or Torrents.

Which of those two will create congestion on their respective internet access?
