xubuntu keeps changing

is it just me or is it every time i install the xubuntu hardy rc something changes? doesn't it it normally have the purplish task bar? and also my grub menu was hidden by default this time but not last time

Xubuntu Hardy has a nice fresh batch of bug fixes, but otherwise it's about the same as Gutsy.
