Rafal Rzeczkowski (http://rafal.ca) holds all if not most of the open-source mirrors for us up here in Canada. Until recently (thank you Waterloo CS), he was the only mirror available for us Canadians.
I need help with initiating a Wikipedia article about him here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rafal_Rzeczkowski.
Its been nominated as spam and up for speedy deletion because they feel it is a personal advertisement: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Rafal_Rzeczkowski
