Oh great...another Social Networking IM.
Seriously, I don't know why these people have MSN, MySpace Messenger, and now Facebook Messenger.
Why can't you just use 1?

Easy, Facebook can't sell targeted ads in MSN/Yahoo/AIM/etc
It's an easy way for them to make more money.

You're not forced to use it! But I think its useful as unlike MSN, practically everyone I know is on it, so its much easier to communicate with them. Whereas in MSN/Skype, etc you have to manually add each and every one.

it runs really wonky on my computer. not on yours? sometimes it doesn't even send messages. plus i don't really like the way it's configured that it basically has to reload every time you click to a different page.

well it hasn't really given me any errors that I can really recall. But it is true, unlike gmail where you never have to change pages, in FB you are frequently changing pages. Thats why I use the pidgin addon to fb chat, much easier.

All my friends are on AIM. I use Facebook a little like email, but I don't stay logged onto facebook like I do AIM or Jabber.
