Standard font in Gnome terminal is System Mono Font from which eyes get tired. I'm from time to time change a type. That do letters "climb" against each other.
Somebody know which font to use for best view?

I like the inconsolata font. Use Google to find it.

Good call on the font, I loaded it via Synaptic and changed terminal settings to use it. Much better...I hated the fact that it always looked like my Ms were humping the ns. lol

I'm using Fixedsys Excelsior (http://www.fixedsysexcelsior.com/) (yeah, the font from Mirc...).

I'm using Lucida Console, with BCI hinting enabled and anti-aliasing disabled. Nice and crisp.
