USB Remote NDIS Network Device

Alright, I recently have gotten an iMac G3 for free but I completely dislike the entire mac os so I have decided to move on to Ubuntu. But before I go erasing the hard drive I want to know if ubuntu supports USB Remote NDIS Network Devices because currently it is the only internet connection in my area. I am not necessarily new to linux but if it comes down to this area I have no idea. So, if anyone can answer my question and help me out it would be much appreciated since I need to get online for my business
