I am so impressed with Ubuntu that I feel ready to ditch Windows. One thing is stopping me though. That thing is Spacial Audio SAM3.

I do alot of internet radio presenting and use SAM3 (http://www.spacialaudio.com) to broadcast to an Icecast2 server. Although the developers have talked about toying with the idea of a Linux port, it doesn't seem likely to appear any time soon. Some people have reported success using SAM3 via VMWare, but that's not an ideal solution.

So, does anybody know of any native Linux solutions for Icecast broadcasting?

If there is a Linux program that is good enough, then it'd be great.
