Ok, the Fedora 9 Preview has been released. Check it out on the Fedora torrent site:
http://torrents.fedoraproject.org/

I just created a persistent LiveCD USB stick with the livecd-iso-to-disk script that is include on the ISO. NICE!!!

Finals are coming up soon, so I don't want to get preoccupied with setting up a perfect Fedora 9 system. I'm definitely going to check it out a couple of weeks after final release.

Would Fedora be better with GNOME or KDE, or is Fedora known to be very well with both? Kinda like Ubuntu is better for GNOME than Kubuntu is for KDE.

fedora/red hat are known for Gnome, but Fedora 9 is shipping with KDE4 as default, so it may be nice to check out.

Did you notice that they pushed back the Final with 2 more weeks?
Does anyone know why?

Preview was pushed back due to some remaining issues, so I'm sure the final was just pushed back by the same amount to ensure adequate time for translations and final fixes.
