Normally, I will report such as spam right away, but I will give you the benefit of doubt. Instead, here is one free feedback:

The color is awful and strain the eyes. Black text on white background is the best way to go.

The contrast between background and text is much too low: a dark background with dark text, it is very hard to read. The advertisements that I see are bright yellow and light blue and immediately annoy the eyes. You must really change the colours of the background and text.

Computer programming is a very broad subject. Is the forum going to focus on a certain operating system / programming language / type of computer?

Why is one of the forums called 'Spam'? Are spammers allowed to spam there?

There some spelling errors: "Algorithims", "Adverisements"

Ok, the color contrast is fixed with a new theme. Is it better now?
