This year's Hot Springs Linux Fest is being held on Saturday, May 3rd, 10AM - 6PM at the Hot Springs Convention Center (Room 201) in Hot Springs, AR USA. Entrance is Free and is Open To The Public.

There will be help available for Linux Installs. We will have various Linux CDs and DVD's to give away.
We will have Internet access for updates and downloads. A full local APT Repository of Ubuntu Gutsy (7.10) and Hardy (8.04) will be available.

We are having seminars & demonstrations on:
"The State of Linux Gaming"
"From Nothing to Something" (A New User's experience to using Linux)
"Windows Power User's guide to Linux"
IPv6 on Linux
"Small Networking with ZeroConf"
... and others

This is a reminder that Saturday, May 3rd is the Hot Springs Linux Fest at the Hot Springs Convention Center, Room 201.
Doors open at 10AM and entrance is Free and Open to the Public.

We will have many of the popular Distributions on CD and DVD to give out like Ubuntu, Fedora, OpenSuse, etc. There will be Presentations and Demostrations on various Linux topics and hardware. Demo computers will be set up so people new to Linux can try out various Distros and try some of the games available for Linux.
If you are having problems with your Linux computer or need help installing Linux, feel free to bring it as people will be available to help out.
