I like using beta versions. I am using Ubuntu 8.04 beta, and FF3 beta 5.
These are really cool. They keep me ahead of people
Anyways, I also like to submit bugs or some problems. Sometimes my FF3 quits abruptly, I have filled the report many times. I hope they repair it.
BTW, I had the old kernel 2.*.*. 22
And, now hardy comes with 2.*.*.24.
But when I boot with the new kernel, I loose my networking and sound fixes which i had done in the last version, for my dell vostro.
Is there any way to propagate these fixes or do i have to go through all the process again?
Thanks for your help.
