Hi

I'm thinking about buying a 1GigB Flash drive and I'm think to buy it at the Ubuntu shop together with some stickers.

Does anybody got some positive experience with it?
The good new is that I cant find any negative experience, but just to be sure I like to ask it here.

Also, they are selling it as 1gb flash drives, but I hope they mean Byte and not bit, do they?

Arrived reasonably promptly (I'm in London) looks good, works fine... what more could you want...? ;)

Might be, but officially when you talk about 1 Gb (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gigabit), you can assume you are talking about bits or 128 Mega Bytes.

Thats the big problem with consumer products, mostly they don't follow the computer standards and use the SI standard.

So what is it now o_0
(Sorry for boring you, but I'm not that experienced with online shopping ...)

Do you really need to ask?

It's the same 1gb every other shop uses.

I bought some merchandize (stickers, mug, stress ball) and everything came promptly and as described.

Oh, and I see they added new stuff! I think I'll buy again from them soon!:)

If you are in a country with Euro currency, can you still pay with US dollars if you use Paypal and have an account in US dollars? (The dollar prices are more attractive than the Euro prices. :))

I bought a USB stick and a sweatshirt a few months ago. Both turned up promptly and with no problems.

I'd certainly be happy to buy from them again.
