Considering you know what a windows theme file is called, I find it hard to believe you even looked. Googling 'mac msstyle' finds what you want by the dozen. Seriously.
The -first link- there is pretty much what you want.. since the page isnt quite working, just click "cached", and it works fine.
However, trying to load a theme in wine like that will often make wine apps that heavily use the windows interface (ie normal apps as opposed to games) lag really bad or completely fail. I wouldn't bother, if I were you.

Changing the theme does slow down the system. I guess your best bet would be to play with the colors. But if you've got a solid system then you can try changing the theme (and it seems you've got quite a solid system there).

It should be, last time I checked at least. But I never messed around with it because it was slowing down my system a lot.

this can now be considered a glitch the tiger theme is supposed to change the buttons to be round and colored as it changes everything else but they aren't in wine or wine programs,
here's the screenshot of whhat it looks like in xp (http://ifido.deviantart.com/art/Mac-OS-X-Tiger-Visual-Style-12670629)

I found a quote from the Ubuntu developers:
Many other details will have to be addressed as well. Wine's support for Windows theming is currently too buggy to be used by default, but if it is fixed within the next six months, then the Ubuntu developers might want to create a Windows theme that matches the default Ubuntu theme so that applications running in Wine will fit in with the rest of the system. Improved Firefox integration is another goal for Hardy Heron.

i love u :P
lol jk
but ya i hope they do that because that would be awesome maybe if they hurry they can have it ready for hardy, (although they are working on photoshop cs3 for the version 1.0 of wine, maybe they will be able to also get windows theming working better) :)
thanks for the link,
this is now solved :P,
