I play this game called eve online i thought i would post a convo we had:
Me: Ahhhh this game runs so much better on Linux weeeeeee
X: why do you use that crap **** nerd
Me: for such a bleak outlook on Linux have u ever tried it
X: nope nore do i want to its a nerd os that required programming knowledge and work

Me: I love how people go about with these misconceptions

X: windows has anti virus support and more security
Me: um...actually Linux bypasses all windows security and Linux has antivirus
X: compatibility
Me: WineX it emulated the windows dll and dx, and u can play almost all games.
X: what about school
Me: comes built in with all office type and all installations and add-ons are able to be downloaded via the add/remove programs list
X: updates u need to make them yourself
Me: Linux is open source, people are kind enough to take their own time and develop them and they come out faster than any windows update. When someone finds a problem they fix it on the spot and upload it to others to use.
