Hi,
I think this is pretty standard, but i wasn't able to find a solution.
I am trying to view a CD that i got with a book i purchased. It's probably supposed to be executed in a windows environment. How can i make wine browse/execute it?
my version is 0.9.57 on hardy. i set up the drives in winecfg through autodetect.

Thanks!

I'm confused by your question but ill try my best....

just open the cd normally in your file browser whichever one it may be depending on your flavor of ubuntu and click on the autorun.exe or setup.exe or install.exe or whatever file on the cd that you want to execute. it should just work.

That would have been great, but the cd itself does not mount... other cd's do automount.
