Greenland is part of North America, but is an autonomous province of Denmark. The map shows the North and South American continents, collecitvely "The Americas".

It would have made more sense to use just the continents... This is no GIS statistical analysis anyways... :lolflag:

I'm quite surprised at the poll options. Is not UK in western Europe (the only other choice being Eastern Europe)

tango_ninja
April 5th, 2008, 06:08 PM
yep UK is western Europe....

The max # of poll options is 10, so I had to compromise....I took UK out of Western europe because I wanted to report them as unique responses.

Same reason I have canada and USA instead of north america.

The most "international" (i.e. anyone who speaks english can understand it) is what is known as the BBC accent. just watch BBC News and you'll see what I mean.

Who's from where? - 45°30'N - 73°34'W
Where are you located? - 34°35'S - 58°21'W

So you see, where I was isn't where I am.

But to be absolutely honest here, I'm in my living room sitting at the computer desk.

Oh, and by the way, Who's from Home because he's on First now. :lolflag:

EDIT: So for the pole do I put where I'm from, or where I am?
