Hi, I am going to be installing 64-bit gentoo, but I have one game I really want to run in WINE and its a 32-bit proprietary game, will or can this work?

can't see why not. Most of the apps in windows that work in Wine are 32bit. If wine doesn't work on amd64 platforms then i haven't heard about it.

In case that wasn't clear, on my Gentoo system (which is 64-bit), Wine pulled in the 32-bit emulation libraries. So I'm assuming it's able to run 32-bit programs.
