[SOLVED] to Canadians who know stamps: Is this a 1 cent stamp, or a 1 dollar stamp?

1¢, but it's not obvious when you look at it.

My wife tried to send a small package to Italy with 4 similar stamps, but it came back with insufficient postage. She thought she had put 4$ on it!

I comfirms, 1 ¢. We usually don't see the currency symbol for cents. Dollars value would have them.
