Hi all,
(This was posted on General Help forum, but I think this forum is more suitable - so repost here.)
I am new to programming in linux and this is the first time I am using KDevelop. I have tried 3 sample programs from different tutorials but I cannot build any of them.
First error was about autoconf. I then installed some packages relating to it and on next build I passed it.
Now I get this error in KDevelop message window:
configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!

Searching this forum, there is a post at http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-23570.html suggesting to install Kdebase-dev. I have done it but still no luck and get the same error message.
Do I miss something? Thanks for any suggestion.
